Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking motivated Call Center Sales Agents to join a fast-growing insurance technology marketplace. This role focuses on warm outbound calling, engaging interested customers, and connecting them with licensed insurance agents.

Details:

• $17/hour + uncapped commission (Top performers earn $80K-$90K)
• Make 200+ outbound calls per day to warm leads
• Encourage customers to receive competitive insurance quotes
• Remote now ? In-office in Las Vegas, NV (near airport) in 2026

Requirements:

• Sales or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• High-speed internet required

Schedule & Perks:

• Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM-7:00 PM PST window)
